"We had a severely outdated website [with Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest] and Brian Flatgard took on the challenge. 

He went far beyond what I would have expected from a website developer. He listened to capture and communicate our brand and feel. 

He was exceptionally patient with our team when things changed during the project—a gift for those like myself who are not familiar with all of the detail and skills it takes to do this work well. 

Brian is also a writer who understands that words matter and reflect the organization. After working with Brian it became clear to me this is more than work, it is a vocation. 

During the time we worked together, I felt like Brian was on our team and cared as much as we did about this project. That was a gift to us and to all who will get to work with him."
